Ebury Square

Situated in the heart of Belgravia, one of the most exclusive and prestigious areas of the capital, Berkeley Homes were looking to create a luxury residential development, in the midst of picturesque landscaped gardens and attractive public spaces, with the quality of the build to be in keeping with the standards set by the Belgravia Conservation Area that the project was located in. This required the use of a high performance, hot-melt waterproofing solution to be used on relevant areas of the scheme. To this end, Hydrotech 6125, with zero product failures during 50 years of worldwide use, was specified as the perfect solution for the ground floor podium, balconies and main roof area of the project.
