The Chequers

The Chequers housing development is situated in Lichfield and is managed by Bromford Housing Association. The client sought to futureproof and maximise the lifespan of the accommodation by converting the old and tired flat roofs into modern and attractive pitched roofs, by using Alumasc's Airtile Villa system. 

Alumasc's Airtile Villa system is a versatile, simple, and elegant solution which is 100% recyclable at the end of its life. The tiles are lightweight and made from high-quality Aluzinc, giving the products excellent long-lasting strength and performance. 

Upon completion of the project a 40 year warranty was issued.
